Tomorrows Daily Challenge: 09/Sept/19

Tomorrow, wake up a tiny bit earlier than usual, and go for a 20 minute walk. It might be cold, it might be raining, so clothe yourself accordingly. This will instantly set us up for a better day, by improving our appreciation and waking us up in a morning, with fresh air. And I mean fresh air, air that is crisp as the world has been asleep.

Eat 5 different variations of fruit. This could be as simple as an Apple, Banana, Orange, Pear and Kiwi. Or you could mix it up, throw in some berries, some blueberries, strawberries or raspberries. If you want a challenge though, I challenge you to go to a shop/market and buy some fruit you’ve never had before, I suggest two fruits of you five you will be taking should be two you’ve never had.
