I write Daily Challenges for the following day, so you can challenge yourself, potentially fight fears, and shape a better future!

Tomorrow, wake up a tiny bit earlier than usual, and go for a 20 minute walk. It might be cold, it might be raining, so clothe yourself accordingly. This will instantly set us up for a better day, by improving our appreciation and waking us up in a morning, with fresh air. And I mean fresh air, air that is crisp as the world has been asleep.
