Eat 5 different variations of fruit. This could be as simple as an Apple, Banana, Orange, Pear and Kiwi. Or you could mix it up, throw in some berries, some blueberries, strawberries or raspberries. If you want a challenge though, I challenge you to go to a shop/market and buy some fruit you’ve never had before, I suggest two fruits of you five you will be taking should be two you’ve never had.Daily Challenge – 18/Aug/19
